Rooms

Seventeen of the 790 rooms are equipped for people with reduced mobility. There is also the possibility to reserve up to quadruple rooms, for family stays. All rooms are fully-equipped and with room service between 07:30 and 02:00.

Situated in a residential and commercial area of the city, there are boutiques in this hotel that exhibit internationally renowned labels. There are also numerous restaurants located in this area from which to choose. In the hotel building there are restaurants, bars, a shopping gallery, a nightclub (not managed by the hotel) and 300 parking spaces. There are 12 function rooms and offices of various dimensions, designed for the organisation of all types of events. The Salón Convención can hold up to 800 people.

Food & Beverages

The hotel has many food and beverage outlets including a lobby bar (Bar La Terraza), breakfast rooms and an à la carte Restaurant. The breakfast rooms, Lima and Duque, are open from 07:30 to 10:30. The à la carte restaurant, El Roble, is open for lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and for dinner from 20:00 to 22:00.

The Hotel Occidental Convención Madrid offers a welcome drink to all guests booking through this site. At check-in you will receive a voucher to use in the terrace bar whenever you like.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.30 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
