The restaurant, bar and brasserie are open every day from 09:00 to 01:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 22:00 (accessible for disabled guests). On 25 and 31 December, due to holidays, the kitchen will be open until 17:00. On 26 December, due to holidays, the kitchen will be serving a limited menu.

Maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking is 1.90 metres.

By Car: - From the A2 (from Eindhoven) or E25 (from Luik) follow the signs to Masstricht Wijk 21 and Station. - The Grand Hotel is directly opposite the railway station on the corner of Parallelweg and Stationsstraat. - There is a loading and set-down area in front of the hotel where you may park temporarily while checking in - please put your hazard lights on.
