Rooms

The rooms are on the first, second and third floors. They are accessible by way of a separate entrance. There is a spacious shared bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and wash-hand basin on the first floor and a second separate toilet. The whole building is non-smoking. The room on the first floor has a double bed with TV and DVD-player. The room on the second floor takes up the whole floor. There is a double bed (lits jumeaux) and there is a possibility for (an) additional bed(s). It is also equipped with a TV, a DVD-player and a wash-hand basin with hot and cold water. The third room is located partly on the second and partly on the third floor. A TV, a DVD-player and a wash-hand basin with hot and cold water are on the second floor. A spiral staircase leads you to the third floor with double bed.

Address Capucijnenstraat 35 6211RP Maastricht		Travel information Directions Coming by car: Coming from the A2 from Eindhoven or from Heerlen, take a right at the first traffic lights when entering Maastricht. You will pass 2 traffic lights before you cross the bridge over the river Maas, called the “Noorderbrug”. At the next set of traffic lights take the lane to the left ,then take the first possibility to turn left again.At the end of the street go left and after the first to the right.Now you will enter into the Capucijnenstraat. For free parking: route discription from traffic lights after the bridge over the river "Maas". The 2 right lanes.Take a right turn here. After 50 metres you will notice cars that are parked in front of “Rene Pans Meubelboulevard”. If you can manage to make a U-turn here (be careful !), you can park for free.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 10.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.95 per person. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per child under 10 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 10 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
