Hotel details

As of 1 July 2008 the hotel is completely non smoking. The hotel is easily accessible and has its own underground car park (payment required), so that you can reach your place of destination quickly and easily. Crowne Plaza Maastricht has 141 luxuriously furnished hotel rooms, including 30 Executive rooms. In addition, the hotel has 9 luxurious rooms for gatherings of up to 400 people. Dinners can be hosted for up to 700 people and celebration evenings for as many as 1500 people. Also for these occasions, service is of primary importance and the staff are happy to go that step further when advising their guests.

Food & Beverages

You are sure to find excellent wining and dining in the hotel's restaurant 'De Mangerie', awarded two cutlery sets in the 2006 Benelux Guide Michelin. Spoil yourself with Mediterranean as well as local cuisine, prepared with fresh seasonal products. Your pleasure is heightened even further by the restaurant's evocative ambiance and its magnificent view over the Maas.

As of February 2008, Crowne Plaza Maastricht will be completely non-smoking.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 21.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 24.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 3.56 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.50 per child under 12 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 23.00 per child under 18 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
