We have 98 modern and friendly rooms in 6 different categories, perfect for a short or long stay. A bright living and working area, spacious cupboard room, modern technical facilities and connections for communication are standard in all rooms. In addition to that, most of the rooms have a completely equipped kitchenette or kitchen.

Bar Our bar is the best location for a well-done leisure-time. Here you can enjoy and relax in a neat and inviting environment. Restaurant „La Fontana“ Enthusiasts of the Italian cooking will quickly realise it is worth a visit. Angelo La Corte will personally assure that. He daily offers with love for his home country and his guests a wide range of fresh products of typical Italian delicacies. When the sun shines and the guests are sitting on the terrace, you have the feeling that Italy is not that far away.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 13.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
