Area information The hotel is situated close to the Stachus business district, the Deutsches Theater and the Theresienwiese (the Oktoberfest venue). It is also just 40 minutes from the International Airport Franz Josef Strauss. The cosmopolitan city of Munich has lots to offer. Visit the Oktoberfest beer festival, the trade fair, the Pinakotheken art museum, the Deutsches Museum, the Bavaria Filmstudios, Hellabrunn animal park, the Olympic Stadium, Hofbräuhaus brewery, the Englischer Garten gardens, the Bavarian State Opera, the BMW Museum and the Viktualien Markt square. Travel information By car: Take the Mittlerer Ring towards Stadtmitte/Hauptbahnhof (city centre/main train station). You will see the hotel on the right once you get to the main train station. From the airport: Take the S8 line of the S-Bahn (city rail) to Hauptbahnhof and there change to the U4/U5 line of the U-Bahn (underground), exiting at Theresienwiese. Take the St. Pauls Kirche station exit into Landwehrstraße and walk in the direction of the city centre. The hotel is on the corner of Paul Heyse Straße.
