Schwabing, Munich's most famous district, is within walking distance of the hotel. 478 rooms in the categories of Guest, Deluxe and Executive, each with private balcony and state-of-the-art equipment, guarantee a comfortable stay. The Health Club offers dry sauna, steam bath and pool for relaxation and the exclusive Executive Lounge is located on the 12th floor.

Food & Beverages

The Tivoli Restaurant & Club is well-known for its varied and creative buffets. The People's Bar & Cigar Lounge has a wide choice of whiskies and a walk-in humidor and the Kaffeeklatsch café is well-known for its coffee specialties and fresh cakes.

The Health Club facilities are being expanded up to 640 qm. Unfortunately therefore the pool area is closed between 28.07. - 31.10.2008.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 12.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 22.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 26.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
