All rooms are decorated in a warm, Mediterranean colour scheme and range from cosy single and double rooms to triple and quadruple rooms. Larger beds are available in the Superior category rooms, which can also take roll-away beds. Internet connection is provided in all rooms and is available at an additional charge.

A delicious breakfast is available for guests between 06:30 and 11:00 in the cosy breakfast room, at an additional charge.

Please note that the traveller must be the credit card holder. Complimentary parking is based on availability of parking licenses issued by the town of munich and can therefore not be guaranteed at all times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
