If you are planning an international convention or a small symposium, the Tagungshotel Mühltal will meet your needs adequately for any event. You can select between 8 different conference rooms for up to 150 persons. All conference rooms are sunlit and include the following: - Beamer/LCD - DSL-Internet access - Presentor kit - Pin board - Flipchart - Screen - Telephone or and modem connection depending on conference room - Notebook - Overhead projector - DVD-player - VCR with a Monitor - Stereo surround system with a microphone - Digital video camera with a tripod Even in bad weather you can revitalise your self for the next day, by visiting our in house sauna or the lounge with a fire place. Furthermore our club room with a billiard table, table tennis and tabletop football is at your disposal.

By car: From the Motorway A5 Frankfurt-Basel - Junction 27, Darmstadt-Eberstadt - B426 turn right towards Mühltal/Höchst in Odenwald - In Mühltal turn left at the first traffic light - Follow street, in approx. 500m turn left into Am Klingenteich By train or bus From central station Darmstadt, approx. 5km away - Shuttle service to the hotel available upon request or - Tram number 9 to Böllenfalltor - Bus K53 towards Nieder-Ramstadt until the stop„Im Wiesengrund“ By plane: From airport Frankfurt/Main approx. 30 km away - With the train to Darmstadt central station or - With the bus „Airliner“to Darmstadt central station - From here take the shuttle service to the hotel available upon request Distance to the Frankfurt exhibition centre: 30 km

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
