Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
