The single and double rooms are comfortably equipped and available as smoking and non-smoking rooms. Additionally, we offer two allergy-tested rooms and various wheelchair-accessible rooms. The house has two elevators.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
