Hotel details

Our conference areas are separable into four differently large areas, which have all daylight. Flipchart, overhead projector, screen are inclusive in the rate. The smallest meeting room has seats for 8 to 35 persons. The bigger conference room can capacitate up to 70 persons.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
