With 8 floors, this hotel is higher than most buildings in Lüneburg. The advantage is that guests enjoy a magnificent view over the red roofs of the town. The rooms are also beautifully furnished to 4-star standards. One of the rooms is fully equipped for wheelchair access, and no-smoking rooms are available.

The Catalpa restaurant has a terrace looking out over the spa park, and serves fresh, regional cuisine. Choose from a selection of hot and cold delicacies at the lunch buffet. Enjoy music, dancing and cool drinks at the Palmengarten bar. Have a freshly pulled beer at the hotel bar which also features a pool/billiard table and 2 bowling lanes.

Please note that the Lüneburger Salztherme thermal baths will be closed from 08 June until 19 June 2009.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
