Rooms

The Countisbury rooms are comfortably furnished in traditional style to a standard expected of a three star hotel. Some rooms with sea view, others facing the Lyn Valley or Countisbury Hill. The Superior rooms are larger and better appointed than our Countisbury rooms. Sea view and some with balconies overlooking Lynmouth Bay.

Payment Information: Credit card information is held as a guarantee. Please see the cancellation policy section for further details. Pets: Pets are allowed in the hotel at a small additional cost. pets are not permitted in the luxury suite, and in the restaurant and pool areas.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 6.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
