Food & Beverages

Our regularly updated bar menu is available until late. Offering special mid week offers and discounts, there is something for everyone including sharers, light meals, mains and desserts. Breakfast is available from 7am weekdays, 8am Saturdays and 10am Sundays.

Temporary Parking Arrangements: From 21 November 2008 until 07 January 2009, on-site parking will not be available. There is, however, parking available nearby on Flowers Way (please collect a parking permit from reception before you park, as the car park is operated by a different company). Payment: Full payment is due on arrival. Children: Children are not allowed in the bar. Noise: Brookes operates a late bar on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, which may affect the noise levels in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 3.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
