Food & Beverages

Enjoy the marvellous terraced bar, restaurant and pizzeria on Lake Lugano, open 360 days a year, which is easily accessible for disabled guests (lake-side entrance). The bar is open from 09:00 to 23:30. Snacks and sweets are also available. The restaurant is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 21:30, and has a large choice of dishes. The Pizzeria is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 22:30. It is closed on Tuesdays. A rich breakfast buffet is served daily from 06:30 ( 07:30 on Sundays) to 10:00 in the terraced restaurant. Room service is available from 07:30 to 22:30. For warm dishes please refer to the restaurant/pizzeria opening hours. The restaurant is also available for business lunches, as well as for family events and large banquets and wedding parties (maximum of 160 seats). Half board is available if you stay at least 3 nights.

Pets are not allowed in the following areas: wellness area, beach, seminar room Any change of arrival date, departure date or room type is subject to availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change. Early check out policy: there might be a charge up to the rate for one night (full rate for non-refundable bookings)

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 15.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 1.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
