Our hotel is placed directly on the shore of the Lake of Lugano, in the heart of one of the most beautiful region in Ticino, the Malcantone. The rooms are all facing the lake, with a large balcony and a magnificent panoramic view. They all have a bath or shower room and are equipped with the most modern comfort which our hotel category requires.

Placed directly on the shore of the Lake of Lugano and since 2003 renovated business and holiday hotel with wellness, pool, fitness, private beach, seminar facilities, lake side terraced restaurant, bar and parking facilities. Just 200m from Italy, 20min. from Lugano with shuttle train every 20 minutes. See you soon! A limited number of parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge. 50 metres away from the hotel you will find the public parking spaces which are free from 18:00 to 22:00 with the hotel-parking-ticket you get at the hotel front desk. Book your own private parking space at the hotel fro only CHF 15 per day.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy our marvellous terraced bar, restaurant and pizzeria on the Lake Lugano, open 360 days a year, which is easily accessible for disabled (lake side entrance). The bar is open from 09:00 to 23:30. Snacks and sweet also available. The restaurant is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 21:30, and has a large choice of dishes. The Pizzeria is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 22:30. It is closed on Tuesdays. A rich breakfast buffet is served daily from 06:30 ( 07:30 on Sundays) to 10:00 on our terraced restaurant. Room service is available from 07:30 to 22:30. For warm dishes please refer to the restaurant/pizzeria opening hours. Our restaurant is also particularly available for business lunches, as well as for family events and large banquets and marriages (maximum of 160 seats).

Trained pets are allowed: CHF 15 per night without food. Pets are not allowed in the following areas: fitness, pool, wellness, beach. Secure highspeed internet access in the room or hotel public areas: CHF 12 for 3 hours or CHF 16 for 12 hours. Wireless internet in the hotel lobby and seminar/meeting room : CHF 12 for 3 hours or CHF 16 for 12 hours. Additional Costs: Private parking spaces: CHF 15 per day

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 6.00 per hour.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 1.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs CHF 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
