The city of Lugano is located on the shores of Lake Lugano. Tourism is, understandably, the main income of this lovely region, but, international banking is also a major source of revenue - Lugano is the third largest financial centre in the country. Lugano is renowned for its mild climate, delightful scenery, luxuriant vegetation, great shopping and, of course, for its music festivals, like the Estival Jazz, and the Blues to Bop Festival. Distance from airport: Lugano 5 km, Milan-Malpensa 65 km. Distance from railway station: Lugano 800 m. Motorway exit: Lugano South, then turn left at the first lights (direction railway station). Go straight ahead past the second and third lights. We are situated approx. 100 m further on your right after the third lights. The railway station is 500 m from the hotel, you can walk or take bus nr. 9.
