This privately owned and run boutique guest house offers stylish rooms with luxurious surroundings and a friendly service.

Food & Beverages

There is an extensive breakfast menu with a huge variety of homemade breads and homemade marmalade and jam. The eggs are from the chickens in the back garden. Fresh local produce is used wherever possible. Dinner is available in the evening and special diets, including coeliacs, are catered for.

Between June 4 and June 11, only continental breakfast that is included in the room rate will be available.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 16 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
