Every one of the newly decorated guest rooms has en suite facilities. Each one has been individually designed with a rich, contemporary style, superior fittings and exclusive Oak Ridge Hotel Egyptian cotton linen. Each room offers a full range of facilities, including bespoke toiletries that you are encouraged to take away with you. There is also a heavenly set of bed linen and pillows a full 90 cm (3-feet) high. Requests for upgrades are welcome (subject to availability), provided they are made after booking. The Brackenborough can offer one of its four-poster rooms, an executive jacuzzi room or, if you would prefer just a little more space, a family room with its own fitted DVD player.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 9.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
