Rooms are equipped with all common facilities and a shower or bath. Rooms are accessible by elevator or stairs. A room with disabled facilities is available on request.

Food & Beverages

Reserve your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the reception desk. The restaurant is open 12:00 to 13:30 and 19:00 to 20:30 and offers a la carte meals and the day’s menu. The bar is open from 07:30 to 23:00 and offers various regional aperitifs, such as Murançon, Gasconny Floc, Izarra from Bayonne or the Ogeu Pyrenean mineral water.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
