Our spacious 'Bärenkreuz' rooms are quiet and spacious and have a balcony which receives the afternoon and evening sun. Our nonsmoking rooms "Lohmühle" are decorated in bright, contemporary colours and either look out over the street or the side of the hotel.

There is a German proverb "Love begins in the stomach". We are proud to present you the best regional specialites and various dishes. Our season dinners, summer night dinners, geese festival as well as Christmas and New Years Eve dinner are very popular for gourmets. The menu is exquisite as well as the ambiance. We offer they typical joy of living and hospitality of the Black Forest. You will find the best wines and beers of the region. Find out about the history of beer on a relaxed evening in front of the stove. From May until October you can eat outside in the Hirsch garden, the meeting point in Lossburg. Since 1 May 2004 we are members of "Schmeck den Süden" which promotes the specialties of the region. We offer something for every taste from €uro 6,40 to 27,00. Lunch from 11.00 until 2.00 p.m., dinner from 6 p.m until 9.30 p.m. Our special recommendation is the „Turteltaubenmenü“ – a menu for 2 persons for EUR 27 per person where you can enjoy a 8 course menu by candle light.

You will find a free bottle of mineral water in your room.

You have many dining opportunities here – from a gourmet hotel and a farm house kitchen next to a green field… Lossburg is situated 6 km south of Freudenstadt and is well know sanatorium with four villages that are famous for leisure and relaxation. The situation 600-800 m above sea level and the location near the forest guarantee a healthy climate. Even on hot days there is always a gentle breeze. Lossburg has offers for every generation and is ideal for families with children and people who love nature. You can discover the area by hiking, cycling or riding.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
