Our spacious 'Bärenkreuz' rooms are quiet and spacious and have a balcony which receives the afternoon and evening sun. Our nonsmoking rooms "Lohmühle" are decorated in bright, contemporary colours and either look out over the street or the side of the hotel.

The Hotel Hirsch’s restaurant serves hearty Black Forest specialities, international favourites, and a tempting selection of home-made cakes. The Hirsch’s candlelit dinners featuring 8 delicious courses are particularly popular. Accompany your food with an excellent glass of Baden wine, or a freshly pulled beer from local breweries. During the warmer months, you can dine outside in the beer garden. Lunch is served from 11:00 until 14:00, while dinner is available from 18:00 until 21:30.

You will find a free bottle of mineral water in your room.

Area information The surrounding are of Lossburg has many villages and old farms – a country place to escape from the stress of daily life. You will find giant trees and big fields – discover the real nature. There are giant firs in the Plenter forest. You have many dining opportunities here – from a gourmet hotel and a farm house kitchen next to a green field… Lossburg is situated 6 km south of Freudenstadt and is well know sanatorium with four villages that are famous for leisure and relaxation. The situation 600-800 m above sea level and the location near the forest guarantee a healthy climate. Even on hot days there is always a gentle breeze. Lossburg has offers for every generation and is ideal for families with children and people who love nature. You can discover the area by hiking, cycling or riding.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
