Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. **When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply** Please note that the parking charge per night is USD 15 for autos, USD 25 for trucks/RVs, and USD 49 for buses.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 15.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
