Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 21.40 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
