Kensington is famous for numerous pubs and a wide range of cuisines to fit any budget. The bar with big screen TV is located just off the lobby, and is a perfect spot for meeting friends and relaxing over a beer or cocktail, either before or after your sightseeing, excursions, or business in London. Area information The hotel is located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 200 metres from Gloucester Road underground station. The Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museums are 400 metres away. Kensington Palace/Gardens (500 metres), Harrods and King's Road (both 1 km) are also within easy reach. Travel information From London Heathrow (LHR) Airport: Approximate driving time is 25 minutes; approximate London Underground train time is 40 minutes. Take the Piccadilly Line (dark blue) of the London Underground to Gloucester Road Station. Turn left out of the station and left onto Cromwell road. The hotel is located 200 yards down, on the same side of the road Alternatively, but at a higher cost (approximately 20 GBP) and an extended journey time, you can take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station, and then board either the Circle (yellow) or the District (green) Underground Lines to Gloucester Road Tube Station. From London Gatwick (LGW) Airport: Approximate driving time is 55 minutes; approximate train time is 40 minutes. Take the Gatwick Express train to London Victoria Station. Exit the train and follow the signs to the Underground. Take either the westbound circle (yellow) or District (green) lines, to the Gloucester Road Tube Station. Driving directions: From Heathrow: - Head west on the M4, which turns into the A4 (Cromwell Road). - The hotel is on the right, between Collingham Gardens and the Gloucester Road intersection. From Gatwick: - Head north on the M23. - Exit on to the M25 west towards Heathrow. - Follow the M25 to the M4 east exit to central London. - Follow the M4, which turns into the A4 (Cromwell Road). - The hotel is on the right, between Collingham Gardens and the Gloucester Road intersection. - The hotel is located between the streets of Ashburn gardens and Courtfield gardens.
