Snuggly duvets, handmade mattresses together with non allergenic pillows and luxurious bed linen offer one of the best night’s sleep you can have anywhere. Internet can be accessed in the guest rooms at an additional cost.

In the Quiet Zone, on Level 3 of the hotel, you can enjoy complimentary internet access either via the PCs available 24/7, or by plugging the network cables provided into your laptop. Black and white printer free of charge for personal printing. And, if you prefer to surf with a beverage in K Lounge, over a business lunch in Kanteen, or in the privacy of your room you can, at an additional cost. Business facilities include 4 meeting rooms and a business centre, fully equipped for your specific needs. The Garden Rooms, on the Garden Level, feature limestone, ribbed carpets and real artwork. It holds a boardroom meeting for 26, theatre-style meeting for 54 + 2 on the top, and classroom for 16 + those 2 again. And, the 2 Syndicates hold 14 face-to-face, 16 in theatre-style and 6 in classroom, plus those presenters. For special events, the hotel can provide a venue for up to 200 guests. K SPA provides a wide variety of relaxation facilities, including facials, massages and hot stone treatments. There's also a jacuzzi, a sauna, 2 aromatherapy steam rooms and a solarium. K West Hotel & Spa is dedicated to minimising the impact its operations have on the environment.

Food & Beverages

Kanteen, the hotel’s stylish restaurant for contemporary dining, serves a menu full of creative modern dishes. The newly designed restaurant features luxurious leather seating in rich blues and reds, against dark wood, stainless steel and glass. For a more relaxed meal or simply a drink, head to the K Lounge, which also has a live DJ on Friday and Saturday nights from 21:00 – 02:00. Feeling peckish but can't tear yourself away from your room? Hot and cold food and drink is available 24/7.

You must know your PIN number. You may also be asked for photo ID. K Spa is an adult-only facility (only for those over the age of 18 years). Please note that the hotel does not accept maestro cards.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 11.50 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
