The hotel’s main function room, the Balmoral Suite caters for up to 550 guests. With its own bar, toilet, staging and up to date light system, it makes an ideal venue for both private and business events. All bedrooms can be reached by lift and are individually and comfortably furnished to provide the best of today's amenities, with en suite facilities. Additionally the hotel has stunning suites. The Queens bar has an excellent reputation for great service. A standard continental breakfast is inclusive during your stay.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking. For these, the hotel will charge one night's stay as a deposit on the booking date. Cancellation for group bookings will be 28 days, after this point the money will be non-refundable. Please note we do not accept American Express.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
