The hotel is an ideal venue for functions and has excellent accessibility. Conference and banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 350 people. The County Hotel Woodford has a licence for civil wedding ceremonies.

Food & Beverages

There is a bar/lounge serving drinks and light snacks from 11:00 till 23:00. Sandwiches are served all day. The restaurant serves breakfast daily (continental and full English). Dinner is available from Monday to Thursday from 19:00 to 21:30. Limited room service is also available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Continental breakfast costs GBP 6.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
