This is a quiet retreat of terracotta terraces, very much appreciated, seemingly far from the workaday world. Visitors appreciate the hotel is your home from home in London's charming Sloane Gardens. Customers appreciate the hotel is very much a dignified, highly regarded, private Victorian residence and little has been done to alter this: no lift, no noise, nothing to spoil your leisurely stay. Testimony to the unique appeal of The hotel is its high proportion of 'regulars' - guests who keep coming back to London, and above all, some for fifteen years! Come to The hotel once and you'll find yourself returning, like an old friend. Equally noteworthy are a stained glass mosaic and some impressive paintings and Victorian chandeliers, very much appreciated, the latter reflecting the opulence of the London of yesteryear. Interesting features include the reception area's ornately carved Dutch bed, valued throughout, over which stands a handsome gilt Ormolu clock. They're all just a stroll away. Nearby there's so much to see and do, and above all, eat and enjoy: major stores like Harrods and Harvey Nichols, Sloane Square's legendary Royal Court Theatre, the Kings Road for shopping, restaurants, pubs and markets and Pimlico Road for the finest antiques. Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled one day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of accommodation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
