The Wembley Plaza Hotel is a Hilton associated hotel operated by Hilton Hotels. The facilities offered may be different to what can be found in other Hilton hotels in the UK. On Wembley event dates there will be a charge for parking and the spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Celebrities Restaurant will open earlier and close later than the normal published time for certain events and concerts.

The hotel will take full non-refundable payment at the time of booking for the following dates: 05, 09 September 2009 14 October 2009 08, 11 November 2009 05 December 2009

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 10.00 per hour.  Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
