Car parking is available nearby at an additional charge. A limousine service is available at an additional cost. Limousines can be arranged via the hotel’s own concierge. Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and is provided by BT Openzone. The Grosvenor executive suites are the hotel’s new range of state-of-the-art meeting rooms, offering a superior quality of facilities, equipment and service. There are 12 meeting rooms, all featuring top-of-the-range communication systems, audiovisual equipment and in-room amenities, together with a full support network of experienced staff. This impressive suite of superior offices is available to hire individually or as a package. The Bessborough Room and the Gallery Room are the 2 largest conference suites. The Bessborough Room can accommodate up to 70 conference delegates and the Gallery Room can accommodate up to 200. In addition, the 5 individual rooms are ideal for meetings from 2 to 40 people.

The Grosvenor offers a range of distinctive dining experiences. Chez Gerard offers cuisine from around the globe, made with a French twist. The restaurant is stylish and traditional, with a classical elegance. After a hard day’s work or a long day’s sightseeing, relax in the comfortable, informal and relaxing setting of the restaurant. The Grosvenor Lounge offers traditional afternoon teas and light refreshments. With natural daylight streaming through the windows, the lounge looks out onto the hustle and bustle of Buckingham Palace Road. An elegant room decorated in traditional Victorian style, the Grosvenor Lounge is a great spot to relax, unwind and watch the world pass by. In the manner of a traditional gentlemen's club, the Club Bar is great for meeting up with friends or for a quick drink and bite to eat before travelling. The convenient location is complemented by the high quality service and the relaxed atmosphere.

Group Bookings: Any bookings for 10 rooms or more will be subject to the client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel Smoking and Non-Smoking Rooms: Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Please inform the hotel of your preference on the day of booking, either by using the comments field when making your reservation or by contacting the hotel directly, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
