The hotel is delighted to announce the re-opening of the acclaimed Sky Garden, Sky Bar and Pool on 24 April 2009. Literally an oasis in the middle of Heathrow, the Sky Garden offers a relaxing atmosphere with an indoor pool and a cocktail bar surrounded by tropical plants. Improvements include a newly refurbished glass roof and new plants, as well as a special light-effects system inside the pool.

For arrivals and departures at London's Heathrow Airport, National Express offers a regular coach service (at an additional cost) to all major hotels, equipped with comfortable seats and plenty of space for luggage. This service is called the Hotel Hoppa. Coach Number H3 services the route between Terminals 1, 2, and 3 and the Sheraton Skyline Hotel. Tickets can be obtained from self-service ticket machines at the terminals. As an alternative to the Hotel Hoppa services, a choice of public buses (105/111/140/285) can take you, free of charge, from Heathrow Airport Central bus station to the Bath Road bus stop Harlington Corner. This is just a short walk from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
