Whether you are exploring the area as a tourist, visiting London on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Each room has a writing/dressing table with a lamp and a hospitality tray featuring a selection of biscuits and beverages, including tea, hot chocolates and various types of coffee, including decaffeinated. The en suite bathrooms feature a range toiletries and freshly laundered hand and bath towels, with more towels available from reception if required. In addition, the hotel’s superior rooms boast upgraded comforts and facilities, including en suite bathrooms with baths and showers, and an extended range of toiletries, including a grooming kit, a shower cap, a facial soap bar, a body soap bar, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All of the superior rooms have in-room safes, televisions with DVD/CD players, hairdryers and double-glazed windows for extra quiet and warmth.

Reception can offer facilities for photocopying and faxing and can even arrange for report typing, translating, courier services, a chauffeured limousine service and self-drive car hire. An express laundry and dry cleaning service is also available, Monday to Friday. Items received by 08:30 will be returned by 17:00 the same day. Whether you are arriving or departing, you can rest assured that the knowledgeable staff are always on hand to provide any assistance you may require.
