Payment Information: The hotel does not take payment from the credit card used to guarantee bookings, so guests must have a valid card with them on check-in. Guests wishing to pay by cash will be asked for a valid credit or debit card as security for pre-authorisation upon check in.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.  Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 6.50 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 8.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
