Hotel details

- ID is required upon check-in. - Telephone cancellations are not accepted through the hotel. - Customers wishing to pay by credit / debit card will be charged a fee (for bookings amounting to less than 100 GBP) and 5% of the total cost for bookings amounting to 100 GBP and over. - The hotel does not take liability for personal belongings. - Keys are to be deposited at the reception at all times when leaving the room. - Lost keys will be charged. - You are advised that rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure or a further charge may be incurred. - The hotel has 7 car parking spaces available and are allocated on a first come first serve basis. - The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
