Facilities include 154 air conditioned suites and 6 penthouses, each with a separate lounge, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Award-wining harbour-side Aquasia Bar & Restaurant offers our guests a unique al fresco dining experience. Our health club includes a heated indoor pool, sun-chairs, steam room, exercise equipment, free weights and treatment room. Ample public underground parking spaces for up to 2,000 vehicles with 50 valet parking spaces are also available.

Food & Beverages

With spectacular marina views, Aquasia restaurant offers delectable dining with a symphony of light and space. On warm summer days the floor to ceiling glass panels can be opened to allow guests to enjoy spectacular al fresco drinking and dining on the Aquasia terrace. By evening the mood subtly changes as the stunning interior radiates warmth and intimacy. Within the stylish setting, Aquasia restaurant offers an exciting array of flavours capturing the essence of modern European cuisine. The Aquasia bar is the fashionable heart of the hotel and a style destination in its own right, attracting a local Chelsea following. The elegant bar has a glamorous reputation for its style, exquisite drinks, cool atmosphere and commanding views over the Marina. There is live entertainment from Tuesday to Sunday. Select from the deliciously tempting bar menu, or relax with pre-dinner drinks.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment throughout 2009. Below are estimated dates and timescales of the areas affected. All work will take place during the day, between 09:00 and 18:00. 20 April 16 November 2009: Conference/meeting rooms. 27 April 06 January 2010: Main restaurant closed for lunch and dinner. Alternatives available in the bar area. 25 May 14 December 2009: Reception, bar, restaurant and toilets. 13 July 06 January 2010: Limited express continental breakfast on the ground floor. 10 July 06 January 2010: Health club closed.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 24.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 35.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 21.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 24.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
