Hotel details

The Thermenhotel Stoiser offers an indoor swimming pool, a thermal whirlpool, a massage pool, a sauna village and a relaxation area with music, modern facilities and a comfortable ambience. A bicycle rental at the hotel, golf and tennis near the hotel, hiking and cycling trails, a free sports programme and free entrance to the Galaxy gym are available for active guests. Attractions in the surrounding areas include wine tours with many wine taverns (called "Buschenschanken"), several castles and the Zotter chocolate factory.

Food & Beverages

Southern Styria is famous for its culinary delights. The chef and his team demonstrate their expertise using traditional products and recipes. The Thermenhotel Stoiser is a certified BIO hotel, meaning that most products used are locally grown.

In October and November 2008 from Friday to Sunday and between 04 and 08 December 2008 a weekend surcharge of EUR 10 per person and night will be charged.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 4 years are charged EUR 36.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 11 years are charged EUR 48.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 66.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
