Food & Beverages

The hotel has a Zarcillo grill restaurant, where traditional dishes are prepared with a modern touch. The restaurant also serves one of the finest breakfast buffets in the area, with top quality products. From Monday - Friday, you can enjoy breakfast from 07:00 - 11:00 and from Friday - Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00. Lunch is served from 13:30 to 15:30 and dinner from 21:00 to 23:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.56 per hour.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 14.98 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.37 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 0.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.38 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
