The residence is on the edge off the tranquil Mandinet Lake and benefits of a fast and direct access to Disneyland Resort Paris™. All of the suites are decorated on warm colours and each is fully equipped and has a balcony. A fitness centre, with an indoor swimming pool and squash court, is at your disposal during your stay (opening hours to be confirmed at the reception desk).

Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant, Le Borgia, has a terrace overlooking the lake and is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00.

The hotel's swimming pool is undergoing renovations and will be unavailable until 30 April 2009.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.  Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 50.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per child under 13 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
