In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or loggia with garden furniture (excluding rooms located in the Mill). A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: - Accommodation. - Sheets. - 1 pillowcase per person. - Bathroom linen. - 2 dishcloths per apartment. - Cleaning kit. - End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 to 14:00 to 20:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday in October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
