Guests who expect to arrive outside of the stated check-in times must contact the property directly as soon as possible. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash and are not allowed in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. Dogs are only allowed in the Comfort Plus Rooms.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
