Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 32.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 34.75 per night per person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 49.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
