If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 6 per night and person in a baby cot. Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
