Food & Beverages

All meals are in buffet style. Enjoy our show cooking. Half and full board available at special prices. For more information, contact the hotel directly . The published rates for stays on the 31st of December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on this evening. Only rates with half board included.

The use of an in-room safe is available to rent for a period of days or weeks. This is subject to a deposit on the first day of rental, which will be refunded upon the return of the key.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Full board is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
