Hotel details

The hotel has a total area of 20,000 m², including a variety of sporting and entertainment facilities. There is a heated swimming pool (uncovered in summer) open all year round from 09:00 to 18:00, and 3 outdoor pools that are only open through the summer months (09:00 to 19:00). Sun loungers can be rented from here here. The GEM health and beauty centre (situated in Guitart Park IV building and with an extra cost) offers you the possibility to care for your body with relaxing spa and therapeutic treatments. There is also an expert, qualified medical team, as well as state of the art facilities (reservation required, surcharges apply). The entertainment team provides a regular programme of events for all ages. Guitilandia club takes care of children between the ages of 3 and 12 years between June and September, from 10:00 to 18:00. Rain Forest children’s play area is open all year round, for children between 3 and 12 years. Children younger than 3 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Food & Beverages

This hotel has a variety of places where you can eat and drink, including the poolside bar and Bar Bavaria, where you can grab a snack or some tapas. Enjoy a hearty meal in the restaurants, Mediterráneo or Havana, or in the Petit Grill at the weekend.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Lunch costs EUR 11.25 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 11.25 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
