Fitnes & spa center: including 2 indoor swimming pools ( 1 of 150 m2, the other one of 50 m2 with a hydromassage), Turkish bath, sauna, fitness, 4-m-long ice grotto, gym and changing rooms. Sport Area and Fitnes Centre : free access and exclusively to the hotel guests of Rosamar Garden Resort . FITNESS CENTRE : minors under 18 years have to be accompanied by an adult.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s main restaurant serves traditional Mediterranean cuisine prepared in the show kitchen. It also offers delicious, home-made desserts and weekly themed meals with live music. You can also enjoy a cool drink and light meals at the poolside from Goofy’s Snack Bar.

One child of 12 years or under stays free when sharing with adults (except in August, when children are charged at 50% of the adult rate).

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 14 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
