Guests must pay a cash deposit of EUR 50 on arrival per person. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Reception Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30-13:00 and 16:30-19:30 Sunday, 10:30-13:00 (July and August only) Guests who anticipate arriving outside of these hours must contact the property directly to arrange alternative check-in. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
