Since the hotel does not have a night porter, a door code is given to you so that you are able to gain entry to the hotel if returning late at night.

Food & Beverages

A complimentary breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:00 (Tuesday to Friday) and 08:30 to 10:00 (Saturday to Monday). If you need breakfast earlier please let Greenbank know. An on-site cafe is open all day, every day, serving light lunches with good coffee and homemade cakes and muffins. Dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:15, with menus changing daily. Steaks are a particular speciality, with all food being freshly made every day. The kitchen staff are always open to ideas. Greenbank also has a licensed bar, open to residents.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
