Group Bookings: Please also note that group bookings are not accepted at Liverpool City Centre Apartments - Cornwallis Street. Group bookings will be cancelled immediately upon arrival and the group will have to bear the full cost of the stay. In addition to this, individual bookings which are made and later found to be part of a group will be evicted from their accommodation without notice. Stag and Hen parties and all-male/all-female groups are strictly forbidden. Check-In Information: Please note that keys must be collected from Roscoe House, 27 Rodney Street, Liverpool, L1 9EH. All bookings must be guaranteed using a valid credit or debit card. Liverpool City Centre Apartments reserves the right to cancel bookings if the booking is guaranteed using an invalid credit or debit card. Identification in the form of a passport, driving license or national identity card will be required on arrival. A security deposit may also be required. All bookings are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Liverpool City Centre Apartments. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
