Dine at your leisure in The Keys Restaurant for casual dining with a Mediterranean feel. It offers an array of traditional and international dishes from the table d'hote, carvery and à la carte menus, complemented by a selection of world wines. Enjoy a drink in the Biscayne Lounge or Expressions Bar before and after your meal. The hotel also provides Dine, Dance and Dream evenings on Saturdays in the Biscayne suite, which is a 3-course carvery followed by a disco.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
